Banana Bread

Today I made vegan banana bread. Vegan cooking is something that I am not accustomed to. But my work supervisor, Mrs. Bol, has been teaching me quite a bit about the art of cooking healthy delicacies. Heres the recipe.

4 c Sugar
2 c Oil
4 Tbsp vanilla
4 Tbsp lemon juice
16 mashed bananas
6 c whole wheat flour
6 c all purpose flour
3 tsp salt
6 Tbsp baking powder
4 c walnuts crushed
Mix wet ingredients and sugar. In a separate boil mix dry ingredients than pour into the wet ingredients. Mix it all up and then add the walnuts. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until a golden brown.
