Vicarious

The first time I read the definition of the word vicarious I was really excited. This word sums up my fanciful youth. I never realized to what degree I am effected by the numerous personalities around me. Analyzing characters in which I find strengths is what I find myself doing. Often times I put myself in their shoes, only my imagination is quite talented at spicing the actions and personalities that I so eagerly find honorable.

Banana Bread

Today I made vegan banana bread. Vegan cooking is something that I am not accustomed to. But my work supervisor, Mrs. Bol, has been teaching me quite a bit about the art of cooking healthy delicacies. Heres the recipe.

4 c Sugar

2 c Oil

4 Tbsp vanilla

4 Tbsp lemon juice

16 mashed bananas

6 c whole wheat flour

6 c all purpose flour

3 tsp salt

6 Tbsp baking powder

4 c walnuts crushed

Mix wet ingredients and sugar. In a separate boil mix dry ingredients than pour into the wet ingredients. Mix it all up and then add the walnuts. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until a golden brown.
